Welcome back to another exciting year at Pacific! This year the Berglund Center for Internet Studies is proud to announce the second annual Berglund Center Award for Excellence in Internet Research. This award will be presented to one outstanding senior student who produces a capstone or research paper on the topic of the internet and the impact it has. We need your help in identifying notable students for this award.

We will be using a faculty or staff nomination process for this award. All applications (see below) must be received by the Berglund Center no later than February 6th, 2009. Students selected by faculty or staff will be asked to give a presentation of their research to staff members of the Berglund Center by March 31st, 2009. All applicants will be notified of their status by April 6th, 2009. We will present the award to the student at their capstone presentation on Senior Projects Day.

The award will be in the amount of $250.00, and the student's paper will be published in our online journal, Interface. Click below to download a copy of the nomination form. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. Again, welcome back to Pacific!
